Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling is comprised of 20 staff members to help provide essential services to Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties. All services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. Services can be received no matter where you are in your healing journey. You could have been assaulted yesterday or 50 years ago, you are still able to call and fill out a screening form.
